This week-end, we went skiing for the first time this year. It felt so good !!!

Disappointed.... but...

There should have been a conference with Pierre Rabhi (see previous article) downtown Toulouse yesterday. Should... that's the problem... The conference was cancelled, I only knew about it when I arrived at the FNAC (some bookstore)... such a shame...
That's when I do compulsive shopping. And I'm happy to have bought a cookbook from Louis Audoubert (a famous mountain guide from here) with local receipes, like Cassoulet !!!
