lost in translation

When I read my ex-fifty year old boss' blog (even if he's a lab rat), I realized I really should have mine. Even more because I just moved to a new town and that can be an interesting way of letting my friends know about how I feel, pushing some tech info and so on... So how does this work ? Who's interested in karate, Unix and travelling like me ? Personal life took over technology these days...
