Movie : Lord of War

Very interesting movie. The subject is the weapons business around the world from richer countries towards the poor ones. You can cynically call it recycling...
I extracted just that sentence from the trailer as an amuse-bouche :
"That's one firearm for every twelve people on the planet. The only question is: How do we arm the other 11? "
